The Rainbow World Preschool Centers™ Program

 is Where The Future Begins!

The foundations for learning are established in the first precious years of life. When children develop a love of learning at an early age, it remains with them throughout their formal education and beyond.

Sensory, motor, perceptual and language skills are introduced through materials and activities that are both child-centered and teacher-directed. Work is planned which emphasizes the process rather than the product, fostering a strong sense of accomplishment and pride.

We believe that an exciting and stimulating learning experience in preschool will provide the foundation necessary for the child to do well throughout the formal schooling years and life. Skills in listening, following directions, communicating and good working habits are all developed at this stage. We not only empower children with life skills but also guide them as their characters develop.

Recognizing that children grow in predictable stages, we treat each child as an individual, working from the level each child has attained and moving forward one step at a time. We teach a love of learning by allowing children to experience their own stage of development and helping them to feel success without pressure.

Our trained staff is on the lookout for signs of growth and is quick to encourage it. The learning process is not left to chance; we operate along definite principles of learning in the young child. Children learn by using their hands and senses, by experimenting and exploring, and by discovering for themselves.  The classroom is their laboratory and teachers are the facilitators in the learning process.

Children are natural learners who learn best when they interact with others, work actively with materials, are given opportunities to acquire skills through meaningful and interesting activities, and when they are able to work at their own developmental level.  We empower children to enjoy their lives unspoiled by a world that is sometimes hard to understand and that can sometimes be unfriendly. Each minute of every new and exciting day, a child is learning and growing because of our efforts. We enjoy the greatest of all professions where we are able to change the world one child at a time.

Individuals in early childhood education make the difference in changing lives. You can too!

Key elements of early childhood programs are good teachers and caregivers. A state of the art facility and the most impressive program is nothing without a well-trained staff. The Rainbow World Preschool Centers™ concept ensures that the staff has very little turnover, which is very challenging in the childcare business. In fact over half of our current staff has been here since the inception of the Rainbow World Preschool Centers™ concept.

All of our staff members are experienced in working with preschool children. The program ensures that each certified teacher is assisted by a capable and warm teacher-assistant. Staff members are trained to be sensitive to children's different personalities, needs, and moods. Each person has been very carefully chosen because of their outstanding abilities and experience and for their deep concern for children. The staff become important role models for the children and friendly and respected professionals for the family to depend on.  On-going opportunities for professional development and career advancement are provided to maintain the highest level of quality education and care for the children and educational stimulation for our staff.

It's elementary. If we value our children, and we do, we must also value the people who care for and educate them.
